Appleby Fair

 

    I have been fortunate enough to have traveled to Wales and England on two occasions to visit Tom Price and his amazing herd of 1200+ horses to learn first hand about the gypsy horse from one of the most established founders of this breed. Learning conformation and so much more from Tom allows me to better understand not only where this breed has come from, but also a vision for the future of this great breed in the United States. Traveling with Tom to Appleby Fair to witness first hand the ancient tradition of the Gypsy sale was a remarkable experience that I will never forget- Thank You to Tom Price, Jorge and Kristina Rodriguez!!

Pictures at Appleby Fair. What an experience! Tom took approximately 60, 2 year old fillies to sell at the fair. From the bath in the River of Eden, to learning more about the Gypsy travelers, what a great experience it was!
